Our Clinic Customer Reviews

The consultation before coming to India is totally FREE under certain conditions. But this won’t be for long. Keep reading and you will understand. For a limited time period, a FREE video consultation will be given to all patients that require an urgent life-saving opinion. Medical records have to be submitted first and within 1-3 days, we will provide the Treatment Plan from the Hospital that explains the current status of the patient, the diagnosis, the doctor that is assigned to treat the patient, the time of stay in the hospital and for recovery, the inclusions and exclusions of the package and the hospital’s bank information. After this assessment step and response, if you still require a video consultation, we provide FREE video consultation for serious cases that require immediate life-saving treatment. Such treatments include organ failure, transplants, BMTs, Cancer, heart treatments, and others.
We, at Medicare, are fully aware of the level of distress the family and friends of a sick loved one may be. We arrange all documents that you will need to immediately start your travel and start treatment. This will take just ONE (1) working day. Medical Visa (MED1 and MED2) invitations will be prepared for both the Patient and his/her Attender, Letter for the bank to allocate foreign currency for your medical requirement, and any other documents that are to go for the Ministry of Forerign Affairs, Ministry of Health, and so on. We will guide you step-by-step on where to go and what form to process over phone as some documents need to be prepared in your home country before you travel to avoid having to travel back for them later on during the treatment.
Medicare represents a wide range of 300+ Hospitals in 12 Countries. Rest assured. If they are approved by Joint Commision International (JCI), National Accreditation Board of Hospital (NABH) and National Accreditation Board of Laboratories (NABL), then we probably represent them.
From the moment you enter into the airport, till the moment you get back, we got it all covered. As the hospital takes care of the health of your loved one, we help them and their families to settle down seamlessly.
